Commissioned to produce all the photography for the book "Fetish".

Won the prestigeous FICEB award in Barcelona for "Female Fantasies" (most erotic film)

October - Petra was a guest at the 2nd Porn Film Festival in Berlin where she took part at a panel discussion on “porn for women”.

2008

A selection of Petra's short films were shown at the Cinekink festival in New York and at the BFI in London.

“Female Fantasies” won the feminist porn award in Toronto for ‘best bi scene’

“Feeling it!” is nominated for ‘best film’ and ‘best director’ at the FICEB '08

Petra ran a sold out 'women only' workshop on how to make your own creative porn at "Mail and Female" in Amsterdam and a presentation on the female perspective on porn at the Beate Uhse Sex Museum in Berlin.

Petra won the special jury award at the Venus trade show in Berlin for "Pioneering Achievements in Adult Films for Women"

Petra won at the UKAFTA in London "best soft film" and "best lighting" for "Sensual Seduction", her first soft release.

Petra's workshops on making creative porn and a female perspective on porn draw the crowds at Erotica and make nationwide headlines.

2009

Petra published "Her Porn, Volume One" - A compilation of the best female porn from the last ten years, containing interviews with all the directors involved in the project.

Petra produced the autobiographical documentary "The Joy Of Porn - My Life as a Feminist Pornographer", which premiered at the fourth Pornfilmfest Berlin.

Petra released “Her Porn, Volume Two” - A compilation featuring vintage female-made porn as well as up-and-coming directors and the winners of the first “Petra Joy Awards”

The German TV series on VOX TV “Women talk about sex” features interviews with Petra and many sensual clips from her films

Petra shoots her fourth feature "The Female Voyeur"

2011

"The Female Voyeur" is released and premieres at the Pornfilmfest Berlin.

Petra publishes volume 3 of her successful compilation series "Her Porn", featuring fellow female porn directors from all over the world.

Petra works on her autobiographical book "The pornographer – Female Fantasies and my revolution of lust" which will be published with Heyne in August 2012.

Petra is currently curating "Her Porn vol 4".
